Q: Where is the retreat being held?
A: Pine Creek Retreat Center (Gore, VA)
Q: What is the registration fee?
A: The registration fees will be announced at a later date.
Q: When does registration close?
A: Registration deadlines will be announced at a later date.

Q: What is the schedule for the retreat?
A: The schedule is not yet available and will be published here when it is ready.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: No linens are provided- please bring your own sleeping bag (or blanket and fitted sheet), pillow, and towel. Other things to bring are Bible, pen, watch, a light jacket, and shower shoes.
Bringing your own water bottle is highly recommend!!
Q: What is the phone policy?
A: We want this retreat to be the best possible experience for you and phones are a huge distraction. We will be collecting phones at the beginning of the retreat and giving them back at the end.
Q: Which meals are covered during the retreat?
A: Dinner will be served on Monday night. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be served on Tuesday and Wednesday. Breakfast and Lunch will also be served on Thursday, the final day of the retreat. SFC will also provide snacks such as chips, Ramen and drinks.
Q: What is the cancellation/refund policy for the upcoming retreat?
A: We understand that unexpected situations such as illness or emergencies may require cancellation. In general, cancellations made by the cancellation deadline are eligible for a 100% refund. After that date, and prior to the start of the retreat, a 50% refund will be provided but is not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a reason to cancel your registration.
The cancellation deadline will be announced at a later date, closer to the retreat.
